After years with the same look—most recognizably the purple growth bars—the brand no longer reflected Yarcone’s innovative services or forward-thinking approach. The task was to retire dated visuals, protect equity with existing clients, and introduce a modern identity that would resonate with today’s audiences and stand apart from competitors.

We began with research and competitive analysis to clarify perceptions, opportunities, and white space. From there, we defined values, positioning, and a messaging framework that put innovation and customer engagement at the center. The visual system followed: a contemporary mark that signals growth and connection, a fresher palette, and typography that balances dynamism with professionalism. We translated the system across web, product, and campaign assets, and documented practical guidelines so every touchpoint stayed consistent. The rollout paired a market-facing launch with internal enablement and training, ensuring the new story landed clearly with clients, partners, and teams.
Implementation and Results
Over six months, strategy moved into design and activation. The response was immediate. Clients and industry peers welcomed a sharper, more modern Yarcone, recognition and recall improved, and within the first quarter website traffic and social engagement rose by about 25 percent. Inbound inquiries and new opportunities increased as the refreshed presence took hold. Internally, morale lifted and teams aligned around a single voice, improving consistency across channels.
